Mattress return

I have sent pictures and contacted customer service on a few occasions but have not heard back about my request for an exchange because my mattress has pockets and in the sides where it has collapsed. Innitially i really liked the mattress and i know others that have the same but mine is not comfortable anymore.

This service is terrible by the time I received the email code my time ran out

I tried to sent a message and by the time I received the email code my time ran out and it said I had reached my limit of messages. Not a great service if it is unusable.

Blatant harrassment and violation of ADA

This started a yr ago. I drove up attempting to park in front of MD.

AJ came up me yelling i couldnt park in front of MD. I told him I had issues walking so I was parking by ramp. Then he tried to get me to park in handicap and I said I dont have permit to do so. Over the next couple months he came into the office demanding to speak with me over parking.

On several occassions clients were in office. He chose to block the handicap spot with a sign to prevent me from parking by it. This continued I reported it to my DGM who spoke with someone at corporate office. He started taking photos of me when I left my office daily or he would yell at me when i tried to go to my car.

Over the summer he came in when my coworker. was there demanding I go see hiThis started a yr ago. I drove up attempting to park in front of MD. AJ came up me yelling i couldnt park in front of MD.

I told him I had issues walking so I was parking by ramp. Then he tried to get me to park in handicap and I said I dont have permit to do so.m. We both had clients at desk he came in 3x in 3 hours ranting. We ended up calling police on him after he bitched out my coworker who was like what is your deal.

he proceeded to show her a photo of me parked over line slightly from JAn. This was June. He continued to block the handicap spot with signs to prevent me from parking there. It continued on 1-3 when I returned to work.

Once again I parked next to handicap spot having a placard and he proceeded to take my photo in car when i left. Today I arrived before he did and shortly after my boss called his corp office to have him leave me alone. He then proceeded to move signage blocking my driver door and part of handicap access. Property mgr was informed once again as we reported him over summer and nothing happened.

He is continuously blocking handicap access and my access to my vehicle knowing full well i am disabled. Mattress Direct has done nothing to deter this behavior and neither has the property mgr. I am disabled and shouldnt have to be escorted to my car out of fear or to have someone else move an obstacle so i can get in my car. I have photos.

he also parks his motorcycle against building as well. He has no regard for my disabilities. My coworkers are all aware of this. The ramp is in front of Mattress Direct and I was told by property mgr that bc i was monopolizing the handicap spot they werent doing anything.

Irony I never park in the spot I park next to it or 2 away. handicap spot has median on driver side which impedes me being able to use it since i need to open door completely. I have a legit placard. I can't do steps and my office has a step up so i park there to use ramp.

These photos clearly show your sign in handicap access in blue and also show your sign placed against my car blocking my drivers door.

This is harrassment and illegal to block any part of handicap access. If this blatant discrimination against me and my disability continues, I will have no choice but to make sure everyone I know as well as anyone they know how MD continues to allow their employees to harrass handicapped individuals and doesnt care that their employees violate ADA rules. You know what they say is the more pissed people are the more they will bash your store moreso than people happy with service.

Im done being a victim.

From now on the police will be called and MD can be fined $500 per incident and will help build my case for lawsuit with ACLU.

I am hoping sanctions will be put in place or I will contact ACLU about this blatant discrimination of me as a disabled individual. You are liable for what your employees do on clock.

I drove by there there other day. H&R block is obviously making false accusations and i don't know why the attack.

The page is not for this and this post should be removed. There are several spots to accommodate for parking in front of this location. Courtney complained about handicap access being blocked by one person. That is impossible with the 3 located spot they have which are all completely separated.

She is obviously making false accusations for some other reason. I will not be returning to them for my taxes.

This has nothing to do with being a consumer. But after reading all of this I will not be going see Courtney again more for that matter even be returning to H&R Block and will be letting everyone know that they are very discriminating and prejudiced.

It’s impossible for anyone to block any ramp at that location because there isn’t one.

So that means everything she said was false and inaccurate. And I definitely don’t approve people who discriminate against disabled vets.

Wow this is crazy. The are several pictures and videos of Courtney parking her vehicle in a manor the restricted the disabled vet from entering his vehicle.

Yet they have provided no evidence for The false accusations. Even JPSO Notified the employees at H&R Block that the gentleman who is a disabled veteran was doing nothing wrong and not violating anyone’s rights.

We will be adding the pics and videos soon. Then we shall see who is in the wrong

The gentleman you speak of is a disabled vet. So I guess it’s ok for you to call the police on him and violate his ADA rights.

It doesnt matter if she buys or not she will never be a consumer bc they hire people that discriminate- I was in office as a customer when AJ came in 3 x in 3 hour screaming and yelling at her- basically bullying her over a parking spot. I am a consumer of neighboring businesses. Her workplace rights and ADA laws are being violated by blocking handicap ramp-

There was no handicap ramp ever being blocked because there was no handicap ramp. They recently just built one for her that she doesn’t even use.

He was in no violation at anytime. JPSO has also noted this business, H&R Block, and it’s employees for filing false reports and claims. They have called 911 several time for false allegations. Also Courtney was cited not once but twice by the landlords and security for parking violations.

And the person being accused has never been cited. Stop making false allegations.

H&R block is a joke. Video and photos show clearly Courtney is unable to drive and on several occasions almost been the cause of several accidents in the parking lot area.

if she isn't a consumer then this shouldn't be posted here. Hence the name of the website.

i worked for H&R block during this time and i can assure you this didn't not happen the way Courtney claims it did. but that's hearsay. First of there is no ramp in front of Mattress direct. There never was.

They recently built a ramp in front of courtney store to help you. Yet she chooses not to use it.

And yes on several occasions she has been asked to move her car because of her parking violations. She has overly exaggerated this entire thing.

Mattress Direct - I'm trying to get a refund
I went into the store on Airline and brought a full-size mattress for full price, but I didn't think we would have to move mattresses and load it, as if we worked there. We ask can we be discounted for moving the inventory to get to the mattress we needed, she replied she could not. It was crazy.

My husband and I purchased a dual split , air & memory form type king size mattress set from Mattress Direct ( the type that each side of the mattress was adjustable to individual firmness) along with an adjustable base. We did not receive nor were told about the no refund , even exchange policy until I went back to the store two weeks after purchase to complain about the mattress deflated , loud noise , when adjusting the mattress, and that the mattress did not fit flush together , (big gap between the two xtra long twin mattress used to make up the dual king size set . )They would not allow us to choose more than one set to make up the cost since what we originally chose cost more than our final choice . Every time we went to the store on the Westbank in Harvey , we received the " run around" from sales persons. They said it was Our responsibility to get the written policy off their desk , that they didn't have to tell us anything about it . Yet they pushed the 3 months "exchange" , 10 years 0% finance . ( verbally and signs on the walls) We tried repeatedly to reach Corporate Headquarters in Baton Rouge and the owner of the Company , needless to say ,no response . We also called the Finance Company to let them know about the situation , they said in so many words that it didn't matter when I was told or received the return policy ( which was after I complained 2 weeks later) about the function of the mattress. Because my side of the mattress was deflated I couldn't sleep on the mattress. The mattress was exchanged for a lesser expensive mattress without a refund . This is so Sad and unfortunate that we are responsible for paying thousands of dollars for something we don't have . This company Mattress Direct doesn't have Good customer care service at all . I would not refer anyone to purchase anything from Mattress Direct. It seem like the sales person was so desperate to make such a big sale that they had to stoop to this level of doing so . It's a shame ! Well , lesson learned. Ask for return policy before deciding to purchase , because sales person or desparate for sales , no matter what the cost.

Cashmere Infused Mattress Set Review

Corporate Blvd., Baton Rouge I purchased a cashmere infused mattress set in excess of $1,200.00. Within one month the center began to sag. I'm 66 and wanted to buy what would likely be my last mattress purchase. I wrote the company and never received a response. My back aches and it's difficult to get out of bed. Buyer's beware!

Mattress Direct Said I can't get a refund or exchange

Recently Purchase a King Apple Valley from Mattress Direct, 1629 Westbank Exwy, Harvey LA 70058 and just received Friday, 5/3/13. I hate it, I woke up hurting like a truck over Me!. I have budging disk in my back and this does not help me. Just got out the hospital when I purchased this Mattress. I was told to just lie down and get use of it. We paid $1567.09 I cannot sleep on this Mattress and was told after the fact final sale. We want our money back or another mattress. Where in American you are told to you just have to lie down and you will get use of it. You think I will be able to send them my hospital bills. It is my hopes that we can get the situation correct as soon as possible.
